In 2016, we completed phase 1 of this fine development.
Specification:
The first phase of 7 houses utilised our closed panel timber frame system. The products used were:
- External Wall – 0.14W/m2K
- Floors – Metal web joisting with Egger Peelclean Xtra
- Cladding – Various finishes including timber, brick, render
Detail:
The houses ranged from different sizes but were generally over 3000sqft. Whist they were not complex design, the style and layout were not left found wanting. Every millimeter were carefully planned for and adjusted to make sure that the end product became everything the end client wanted. This methodological form of quality control is not only evident in the timber frame package, but throughout the final finished including the stair and kitchens.
